1. Introduction

Welcome to the SENTINEL Marketplace ("Platform"), operated by Petronas Digital Bhd ("PDB", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

2. Service Description

The SENTINEL Marketplace is a digital marketplace that connects PETRONAS station dealers, fleet managers, and other authorized users with service providers offering subscription-based digital products and training services. The Platform facilitates product discovery, subscription management, billing, and related services.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:

• Use the Platform in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform
• Use the Platform to transmit any malicious software or code
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform

5. Subscriptions and Payment

Certain products and services on the Platform require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay all fees associated with the selected plan. Fees are charged in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change subscription fees with prior notice. Payment is processed through authorized third-party payment gateways.

6. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by PDB and are protected by intellectual property laws. Products and services listed by third-party providers remain the property of their respective owners. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our Platform without prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. PDB makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the Platform's reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Third-party products and services are provided by independent providers, and PDB does not guarantee their quality, accuracy, or suitability.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PDB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
