Description

Automated LHDN MyInvois e-invoice submission portal for PETRONAS Smartpay account holders. Monthly consolidated submissions, manual recovery for failed submissions, RON.AC consumer claim portal, and per-outlet audit trails.

Plan Details
  • Annual subscription, RM 1,200/year. Single tier — covers an unlimited number of monthly consolidated submissions for one Smartpay outlet.
  • Monthly consolidated submission cycle. On the 5th of each month, transactions from the prior month are consolidated, signed, and submitted to LHDN MyInvois automatically.
  • Manual resubmit included. If LHDN rejects a submission, the dashboard surfaces the rejection reason and offers a pre-check + resubmit workflow at no extra charge.
  • RON.AC consumer claim portal. Cash-paying customers can claim their share via a public QR-driven portal, included.
  • LHDN-compliant XAdES digital signing. Production submissions are signed with your X.509 certificate per LHDN MyInvois cryptographic requirements; sandbox submissions use a no-op signer for development.
  • Subsidy exclusion rules. RON95 subsidised litres are automatically excluded from the consolidated submission per LHDN MyInvois rules.
Eligibility
  • Active PETRONAS Smartpay account. Subscription is gated to Smartpay account holders and authorised fleet managers — verified at launch time against the marketplace entitlement record.
  • Valid LHDN TIN. A TIN registered with LHDN MyInvois is required to submit invoices on your behalf; you provide it during onboarding.
  • SSM business registration. Your business registration number is captured for the consolidated invoice payee block.
  • MSIC code 47300 (or equivalent). Standard for retail sale of automotive fuel; if your activity differs we can configure an alternative.
Benefits
  • Zero-touch LHDN compliance. Monthly fuel-card transactions are consolidated and submitted to MyInvois on your behalf — no spreadsheet exports, no manual portal uploads.
  • Per-outlet audit trail. Every submission, validation result, and resubmit attempt is recorded against the originating outlet, with the LHDN UUID and validation link captured for tax-audit defense.
  • Manual recovery when LHDN rejects. Failed submissions surface in a dashboard with the rejection reason; one-click pre-check + resubmit fixes the common rejection causes (TIN format, classification code, line-item totals).
  • RON.AC consumer claim portal. Customers paying with cash at the pump can scan a QR code to claim their share of the consolidated invoice, with eligibility rules enforced server-side.
  • Tax-grade archival. Validated invoices retained for 7 years per LHDN audit requirements; full export available on demand.
